Great location for a resonable price!!!!

Not much. Hotel is old and very worn, especially in guest rooms. The hotel may have been good 25 years ago, but is very worn down in hallways and rooms. Lobby is not bad but still shows age.

This hotel is ok for the Airport to Cruise travel needs. Shuttle service to both is good. The Regency Club is a poor example of an Embassy Suites venue. The 6th floor private lounge is a joke both for the evening happy hour and the morning breakfast. Ran out of supplies and offered no alternative service for those they disappointed. Lack of management to resolve problems resulted in poor service.

This was my second stay at this hotel and again I was satisfied. The hotel is average but for the low price well worth the stay. The rooms are clean, quiet atmosphere, and very good breakfast restaurant. Also, the parking is free, which is a huge plus in the Miami area. I definitely would recommend this hotel to a friend if price was the main deciding factor.

I was pleased with the hotel butI wasn't told where to catch the shuttleI waited on the lower level for an hour and a half.

Only stayed one night after landing at Miami but found the hotel to be clean, tidy and very convenient and would definitely use again. Whilst ideal for airport unless you want to drive we found not a great deal near by though but hotel resturant and bar were ideal.

When we pulled into the hotel, we thought is was pretty nice, clean and very close to the airport and south beach. The only issue we really had was when I tried to reach the front desk on two different occassions the phone just rang and rang. Also, this hotel did not offer continental breakfast.

It was clean that is it. No air conditioning in room. The transportation service from the airport and to the boat dock was terrible. They claim it was a free service but they charged a $1.00 a bag. The driver slowed down the first time and then kept going. The second time over 25 minutes later almost passed us again but my husband ran and banged on the bus. He stopped and said he was full and he really could have taken another two people and then told us that he saw us the first time and would be back in another 25 minutes to get us. It was past Midnight and we were exhausted from the trip. Then we got in the room no air. Turned it on and it never cooled down. It was cooler in the lobby.

We stayed at the Airport Regency following a cruise while waiting on a flight out. We picked this hotel initially because of the 24 hour shuttle to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised at how large and well furnished our room was. The entire staff was courteous and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Very nice and helpful staff, clean rooms and a nice pool

It was pleasant and the hotel staff was always available. Dirty, stained curtains. Reall dirtyglass. I had an overall pleasant stay, this hotel is deteriorating and they are doing nothing to help the rooms. I am from Miami, and like to open the curtains to let in the sunlight, glass was so dirty that I preferred to have them closed, because with the open windows it just made the room feel cloudy. That's my only complaint butI basically used it to sleep.

The room was plenty big and location perfect for airport stopover. The only complaint I´d have is that there was that my room backed out towards another hotel and the noise from the generator was quite annoying. Would stay there again.

The hotel is a great value - it has a grand entry way and is well landscaped and the staff was very friendly. We just stayed one night in transit and managed to use the pool, the pool area is small but well landscaped, my daughter enjoyed it. For the price, the rooms were well appointed, clean with high-count sheets, newly carpeted, and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay there again if I'm in transition.

Free transportation from the airport. Most everything else. Not too great a place. Staff wasn't especially helpful and it was difficult to communicate because I don't speak Spanish.

Clean, friendly, good service. Staff would not give me a copy of bill ! Great restaurant next door ( Catch-of-the -day). Shuttle service was delayed, and very busy, LONG wait !

Airport shuttle important as I was there between travel. Staff was super friendly and polite. My room was clean, but could have been cleaner. (hair on bathroom floor) I wish that the outlets were easier to reach to plug in cell phone chargers etc... overall though, nice place to stay, will book with the same hotel again. Loved the discount price!

This was an overall nice hotel and I would stay there again. It was not to close to many restraunts and shopping malls. I did enjoy my stay with this hotel and yes I would recommend it to others. The rooms where very nice and clean, prices in dinning room where a little to steep especially for people paying to stay there. We had to go and find some where else to dine.

It was O.K. but the next building was a bar so they've played music till 2a.m.

The experience was overall ok. The only drawbacks were that one had to go to the lobby to access the internet, and breakfast was not included in the special rate found on Orbitz. Also, the gym on my floor was poorly equipped.

The interior lobby decorations. Hair in my food, torn curtain and un-maintained rooms. As we entered the hotel, it was beautifully decorated. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. Once we got to the room, however, it was a different story. We put our breakfast order on the door and no one came and got it. Then, when we called, someone came and got our order and then delivered the wrong order for breakfast. Then they returned again and the eggs had a long hair in it and the bacon had the bacon wrapper still in it. It was disgusting. The room was not well-maintained, with torn curtains, mold on the tub caulking and a funny moldy smell. I took pictures because I could not believe it.
