Can't think of a thing. Not clean, beds were horrific; furnishings were shabby, heating appalling, televisions malfunctioning, restaurant dreadful and internet computers crappy.

hotel ok, a light breakfast provided. had to wait 40 mins for shuttle to pick up from airport!

Great hotel close to the airport everyone really friendly and the smorgasborg is one of the best we've ever had. Hope to see you all again soon

Really close to airport. No heat in dining room. Somewhat shabby room, breakfast cook did not show up on time. Okay to crash there after a long flight, but nothing going for it really.

Very happy with place but obviously had very inconsiderate previous occupants as room stank of smoke even though lots of signs saying no smoking. Would have been major for hotel to try to rid room of stink.So for other travellers DO NOT SMOKE in non smoking places.

Not particularly good value for money. But it is handy to the airport, and they do provide a good shuttle service. It was a cold winter night and the heating (and bedding) was insufficient. The decor is rather ancient.

We always stay here when in Auckland as it is convenient and staff are helpful. It is not expensive, therefore not flash but it suits our purposes.

A basic hotel but clean and good value if you need somewhere to atay before getting an early flight. You can leave your car in their car park while you are away which makes it excellent value.

For the location and price, this is an ideal hotel for the one night you need prior to going to airport. The staff were freindly enough and the restaurant fine. Only drawback was we booked the free shuttle to airport and because more people turned up than room available, we had to wait for the van to do the round trip (15 minutes) which was a bit annoying because we had booked it for 5.30AM and were on time and then ended up standing around at that time in the morning!
