Impossible to find inthe middle of a housing estate with no sign outside

Advertised as I.5 miles from Airport which is misleading, the apartments are in a remote location, poorly signed ( taxi drivers had problems locating hansby Drive), no bus service, train station is approx 15mins walk. The apartment is modern ,spacious & facilities in the apartment are good.

We had difficulty contacting someone to let us in to the apartment. The security was rather lax as the back door was always open to the apartments. They were very basic but very reasonably priced considering the accommodation

Apartments offer a good alternative to people that have to stay away a lot for work and do not want the traditional hotel facilities however this apartment was basic to say the least. No lamp shades in the majority of cases. The cooker, fridge, microwave and waste kitchen bi had not been cleaned so had decaying food products. The seetee was badly stained and the bathroom floor after having mopped it with a towel after spilling water left the towel grey - the colour of the vinyl flooring. IHad I not have paid up front I would not have stayed after the first night. I will never go back.

The apartment was new, very clean and spacious and, having 2 bedrooms, was ideal for our small family group of 3 adults and a baby. The service from the staff was first-class, telephoning us in advance to check on expected time of arrival and then later being on hand to provide directions by telephone and subsequently meeting us at the door. The apartment was ideal for our short overnight stay and was only 2-3 minutes from the airport. Excellent value for money. We would definitely use the apartments again in similar circumstances.

The 2 bed apartment was called basic but it was clean and modern, with everything you need for a self-catering stay. We used it to accommodate three people on an overnight stay in Liverpool and the train journey from the local station into Lime Street was cheap and frequent. What a bargain to be found in the city!

The apartment was fine, all clean and comfortable, if quite basic and functional Good value Helpful courteous staff.....BUT rear bedrooms overlook a main railway line and what may be engine service sheds because the all night noise from stationary rail engines was loud prolonged and disruptive of sleep. Perhaps I was unfortunate on the night and possibly not always the same....best to enquire before you commit to stay...or perhaps bring some ear plugs!

Good value and very convenient but very hard to find. Staff helpful though with good communication by mobile phone.

FANTASTIC hotel, definitley a home from home hotel, very clean, tidy and to a VERY high standard, definitley the nicest hotel so far, a little trouble finding it was the only downside, due to not having the right number for the owner, but otherwise 10/10! WILL come again.

Overall good idea, especially for 2 or more (upto 4) guests. The apartment was very spartan and would benefit from some interior design input to soften the appearance. Major criticism is regards safety. The smoke alarm was missing and a ceiling light fitting in the bathroom was broken exposing live contacts to steam. Would use it again but would check the apartment more carefully next time.

The apartment was ideal for the three of us to stay for just the one night. The only complaint we had was that there was no tea-towel or dishcloth for cleaning the dishes.

Apartments were clean enough but basic. Tea and coffee provided but no milk. Building is on an as yet unfinished housing develpoment. On the good side, it's not too far to the airport but you'll need a taxi or your own transport as the nearest bus route is a decent walk.

The apartments were basic but functional - well equipped kitchen, good sized bathroom (although side panel of the bath was hanging off) and two bedrooms with wardrobes. Benefitted from private parking at the rear. The apartments do back onto the train line but we didn't hear any noise, or at least none that disturbed us. It's a good place to stay if you're heading to the apartment in the early hours or going out for a night/day in Liverpool - good handy location although took a bit of driving around to find it.

Lovely aprtment,10 min train ride from liverpool central, supermarket up the road aswell, nice big aprtment, little on sanitry side, could do with some pics on wall, also outside corridor doors keep banging shut, which can be annoying. All in all worth £40.00 for the night, but not worth £80.00.

Real value for money, a little away from the city however this reflect the price, space and availability of secure parking. Overall highly recommended.

Really pleased with the apartments. We have a young family so it was nice not have to worry too much about other people like in a hotel. They also had room to play. It would be helpful if there was a dustpan and brush as having a young family they do make a mess at meal times when sat at the table as was very aware of crumbs and bits on the floor which wwe had to find other ways of cleaning up. We go to Liverpool alot and would make sure we stay here again

My main comment on this appartment was that it in no way deserves the name "luxury". Our first impression was that furniture and furnishings were budget and would not last the course. THese appartments are quite new, yet the vinyl flooring in the bathroom was ill fitting and had a nail poking through already - tiles would be so much more economical in the long run. Lampshades were missing, the settee and chair were shabby, basic and uncomfortable (not as shown in the photo.) Kitchen equipment was adequate - althouhg a microwave and freezer compartment would be useful for a longer stay. Only one bedside lamp between three people. Adequate is probably the word I woiuld use overall - ok for an overnight stay but we have stayed in much more comfortably furnished and stylish appartments through Laterooms than this for the same price.

Appartment was good, spacious and exactly as described, excellent value. Will use it again.Directions are useless. This is a group of unsold appartments in an anonymous residential block, with no numbering visible from the street. There is no easy to find reception or any signing at all to indicate that it is where you are supposed to be staying. A call to the phone number brings someone out into the street to show you where to go.

The appartment is modern and spacious. No microwave. Cleanliness could be better (e.g. dust under bed etc). Secure parking is free. Although there is a railway right behind the apartment, you don't hear the trains. All in all good value for money, even though it doesn't merit the label "luxury" apartment.
