Nice motel, friendly owners, great location for North Rim of Grand Canyon.

This is a refurbished motel and it's as clean as you could want. Staff very welcoming.

Clean and quite room with great parking right outside your door. Rooms are a bit small but very comfortable for a one night stay.

Aikens Lodge is centrally located in Kanab. Great Place! One can walk to many of the restaurants. The motel was very clean. We had a two bedroom. The air conditioners worked very well. We were not able to try the pool, we were exhausted but it looked so inviting. We really loved Aikens. We look forward to staying there next year.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very clean and good location. This is a very clean, extremely friendly place to stay.

Friendly lady at check in & free internet in office. Office closed in evening, no one on site in case of emergency, scary for single female. All the outside lights turned off at 10 pm when office employee drove away from site. Unsafe for single female travelor. No one around if emergency. No one around if one lost a key, or slipped and fell and called for help, no one would answer. Also, they do not answer the phone, people calling in get answering machine day & evening.

A family owned facility that reflected pride in ownership and warm hospitality. Proximity to eating facilities was only moderate. This motel was very quiet and impeccably kept. A great stop for a wherry traveler.
