A great hotel to stay, very spacious room with a private safe in the room. The staff are attentive and polite. I would recommend everyone to stay there. I certainly plan to stay there everytime I go to Alex. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that food is not allowed to be taken into the hotel. Otherwise a great hotel.

This hotel is unclean, with very bad quality of food, the reception try to take more money than the price list. the towels are dirty. The furniture is old and dirty It should be only 1 star not 4

It has extremely clean, big and well decorated rooms. It has too polite and very attentive employees, good breakfast, a beautiful pool, is near a good supermarket, the price is fantastic and is in front of Montazah Park. I would stay there again, certainly. Highly recommended.
