We were 4 couples sharing 2 apartments. Great success. Only complaint was the nightclub on the other side of the street, which closed very noisely in the early morning. Furthermore all the towels were of poor quality and the showertap/-pipe (?) too short in one of the apartments. The shower was ment for peoples under 150 cm.

The apartments hotel located in great location (good transportaion availability combined with close evening going-out stuff). Rooms are absolutly big and comfort. The hotel staff were very nice and welcoming, though not always handling flaws in a sufficient agility (to be loyal to truth there were small flaws, not the kind that ruined my trip). Nevertheless i give them an excelent grade (and for sure i'll come again).

Everything was ok, EXCEPT for the linens situation. Bed only had bottom sheet, no top sheet. Cover on blanket & pillows were very old and faded. It was questionable whether they were freshly cleaned. We felt so uncomfortable about the pillow and bed situation that we slept on our towel and covered our pillow cases with some clothing. This kind of ruined the atmoshphere.

I stayed there for only 1 night, anyway I think it could be a very good place for staying there for some days since there is also a kitchen facility.

Here are my complaints about the the apartment 1) The bathroom shower mat was wet and had not been changed from the previous guest. 2) The doors onto the balcony did not close properly as they were damaged. 3) The apartment was not cleaned for the 4 days that we were there. 4) No fresh towels were put in the apartment during our stay so we ended up buying our own. 5) The mat on the floor of the apartment was dirty and I saw numerous ants crawling across it.

We got this very nice apartment, close to the metro station. We are very pleased about the location, and the people at agape guesthouse, who are the most friendly people! Definitely recommendably!!

This is a really good place to stay with good transport links or walkable to many places. It is very good value for money considering what you get. The cooking facilities are very basic in the apartment but we ate out mostly anyway. Staff were really helpful and knowledgable. Tourism students mostly so good English. The breakfast is not worth the price charged - go out and eat instead or buy something from the local supermarket. We stayed in an apartment so unsure what rooms are like. The apartment is well worth the extra few euro charged for lots of space and could easily sleep four people in the two rooms. Walking distance from Keleti Station (about 6 blocks) and easy to find. Busy street but the apartment was mostly very quiet at the back. Some local building works during the day but we were out anyway! Busy metro on the doorstep so a few loitering people that seemed to never go away but it is not threatening. I would feel safe even if there on my own so I think ok for girls staying here as long as you are aware. There were nearly always police around anyway so no problems. We would stay here again if ever in Budapest

Will not stay here again. Seemed to be a bargain in Budapest, but certainly worth the extra money to stay somewhere nicer. The neighborhood was host to prostitution and was simply eerie after dark. The room we were given was not at all how rooms were described on Venere or representative of the photos. Some of the information on Venere was inaccurate regarding other services. There was no mention of payment only by cash on the Venere site. We ended our stay after one night and were greeted by concerned staff and given a refund of our remaining stay.

We arrived at the office and were told after checking in that the apartment was actually 2 tram stops away. I wish we had been told that sooner. The employee gave us sketchy directions to the apartment and I had to ask her several times where it was on the map. Once at the apartment is was very nice, large and within walking distance to everything. It just seemed like an unorganized start to the stay but overall it was good.

Everything was surprisingly and impressively perfect! There is almost always some catch when buying or booking something over the internet, and even over the phone, but the Venere apartment I booked from Sweden was exactly as wonderful as it looked on the photographs on the web page. And no tricks with prices, no extra fares or bad surprises. The apartment was very spacious and had all the equipment one needs. I have never before lived in such a lovely place for so little money! The staff was brilliant too. Thank You for gilding our stay in Budapest!
