Overnight on High StreetNice modern apartment, large open plan area, 2 large bedrooms, towels supplied, clean and tidy. Only issues: shower drain clogged which meant stopping shower half way through to let water drain and then continuing second half of shower a few minutes later; toilet seat was broken off due to previous guests (we were explained this problem on checking in and it wasn't a big issue); being right on high street means it did get a bit loud at night in main area but bedrooms are set back and were fairly quiet. Overall a nice choice in a very convenient part of town.

Look no furtherExcellent accommodation situated on the Royal Mile, you couldn't choose better. I had to enter 6 for the quality of food as it being self catering we tried our best!!

Royal Mile aptsLocation excellent, owner very helpful and obliging. Cleanliness and equipment were sadly lacking especially kitchen and bathroom. The flat was large and spacious and ideal for up to 4 adults. Towels and bedding provided were clean, it was just the furniture and fittings that were dirty.

The apartment was very clean and in a very good location. The rooms were of a good size, although some of the furnishing was a bit dated, but the owner stated that the apartment was due for a refit in the near future. A very handy apartment for those looking for city centre accommodation with a bit of class.

Excellent accommodation in an ideal location for those wishing to be in the centre. The Caste is only 10 minutes walk away and there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants along the main street. The apartment was furnished to a very high standard with a fully equiped kitchen. I would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return at some time in the future.

Apartment not hotel therefore no customer service involved. Would have been useful if there had been somewhere to leave bags on arrival or on departure. Also toilet was very slow to flush and re-fill. Apartment was quite cool too in the evening.

Location was excellent. Parking was a problem as it's in the centre of Edinburgh. Stayed 3 nights; several lights in the apartment weren't working and dispite the promise to fix things they never did. The dish washer wasn't working and we were told to leave our dirty dishes and the cleaner would sort them out when we left 3 days later! No hotwater during the evening on our 2nd day, again a promise it would be sorted out and it wasn't.When we arrived I was shown very quickly around the apartment as the man showing me worked for a recruitment agengy and needed to get back to work quickly. He stayed long enough to tell me that he was now going to take the rest of my money from my card.The apartment was central and generally clean. If I go to Edinburgh again I would consider staying there but would look carefully for other options.

the apartment was spacious and clean. the customer service was excellent since we were delayed on the motorway and the gentleman stayed behind till 1130pm whene we eventually arrived. all in all would happily go back again and would recommend

We certainly enjoyed are stay. The apartments overlooked the royal mile and were within easy walking distance of the main Princes Street area and surrounded by a large quantity of eating establishments. We would certainly stay here again when next in Edinburgh.

The location was perfect for us; the service was excellent; the views of St Giles and the Royal Mile from the floor to ceiling windows were amazing; the apartment is very large (we hadn't expected two bathrooms!) and had everything we needed. Little extras like the chocolates on the beds and ice-cubes ready to use in the freezer were great. We'll definitely stay there again next time we're in Edinburgh.

The apartment is great and right in the middle of everything you will want to do in Edinburgh. This is the best deal for groups of three or more. Be sure to call the number provided before you want to check in.
