Great location, helpful staff. Changed to a different room from the one we initially got since it smelled musty/damp. The one we stayed in had some stained chairs/comforter but was ok otherwise.

Courteous and friendly staff. The Admiralty Inn was a very nice hotel that was in a central location to where we wanted to be. We would definitely stay here the next time that we visit the Falmouth area.

Hotel needs updating badly. Staff and desk people were very nice. The room was adequate and clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable, The sheets and blankets, were very old, the towels had stains, and the paint job that the hotel claims they just had done, looks like a ten year old did it, there was duct tape on our door, to keep out drafts?? There were covered up holes in the walls, the room was very dingy, no menus are in the rooms, had to go to lobby to "look at the menus" There is no longer a restuaraunt on site, the breakfast room looked like they had just thrown something togther at the last minute. Will never stay here again. There was all kinds of broken down wood planks on one of the decks. Extremely Disappointed! Not worth it, when there are MANY more inns on the Cape.

I already shared my experience with orbitz on the phone, we were not happy with the location of the room we were first given, way in the back, very dark, and the window screen was broken. The next room we were given had tissue in the toilet, wet paper towel under the sink, the floor lamp was broken and shade and bulb hanging over. We called orbitz, you called the Inn and asked to have our money refunded, they refused, sent someone to clean room, replace lamp, and spray frebreeze around the room, oh, and I forgot about the smell in the hallway going to the room. Would not stay there again.

The staff was nice. The nonsmoking room smelled of smoke. We disliked this hotel very much due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke. The walls and curtains were saturated with the horrible odor. Both my husband and I woke up with headaches from the smell. When I got home and unpacked my suitcase all of my clothes smelled of smoke as well as the suitcase. It was very disappointing.

years ago this was a good place to stay, great location, great price. This place has totally gone down hill. It was so dirty I almost couln't stand it. I tried to get another room at a differnt hotel but everything in the area was booked. The sheets were frayed and didn't fit the bed. The mattress was flat and lumpy. The blankets and bedspread was stained and dirty. I wouldn't even walk around without my sandlles the rug was so gross. Forget the couch...it was stained and blackened....it was so so bad it ruined my trip. I have been going to the cape for more than 20 years. We Use to own a trailer and stay there, the past 10 years we have stayed in hotels. I have had some questionalbe ones, but this one by far takes the cake. Staff very very unfriendly to top it off. The price is right, but not worth it, spend an little more and feel good about where you are staying.

Rooms were clean. Sheets paper thin, mattresses old, uncomfortable and in need of replacement. Continental breakfast good, no room service. More like a 1 or 2 star not the 3 star rating another website rated it. The indoor pool area had missing tiles. This hotel in my opinion was not worth the money spent in the off season at over 120.00 per night for the jacuzzi room. The jacuzzi was only big enough for one person.

had a pleasant stay was quiet, bathroom door didnt close tight sink was slow to drain. room was clean & comfortable. Pool was pleasant but closes at 9pm. Shopping mall across the street. Limited coplimentary breakfast. Would stay again

The room was nice, however, the information on the website was a bit misleading. The information provided let you believe that there were 3 king size beds and 2 queen size pull out sofas on the two levels and 2 jacuzzi tubs. Reality, there were 2 king size beds, one couch and 1 jacuzzi tub. The room worked for me and my children, however, with the couch open for the bed, there was no real area to gather as a family. Pool hours were only until 8:00 and children were not allowed after 7:00 at night, so if we went sight seeing, which we did, we didn't have the ability to use the pool, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.
