New furniture. The wait staff in the dining room was terrible. I was pleasantly surprised at the newness of my room. I hated the fact that in order to shut your door, you had to slam it shut thus disturbing the other guests at 8am. The front door desk staff was very nice. The wait staff in the dining room was terrible! We had to repeatedly ask them for coffee and they chose to ignore us. We were not the only ones complaining about the avoidance issue!

Front desk employees are very helpful. Can smell cigarette smoke in the lobby. Yuck. Great place for us to stay because it is close to the family we are visiting.

I was rather disappointed. I requested a non-smoking room, but the only room they had available was a smoking room, unless I wanted to pay more money. They blamed this on trave agent and the clerk said I should "tell them" for next time. As far as I'm concerned, there will be no next time. The room smelled horrible and there was a cigarette burn on the toilet seat. There was no business center, no shuttle, absolutely no amenities except there was a small refrigerator in the room. For the same amount of money (I found out later) I could have stayed in a nicer, updated, smoke-free smelling room. I would not recommend this hotel, despite the fact that the room service was timely and the desk clerk was very helpful.
