The employees were extremely helpful to me and my son. We were not familiar with the area and they helped us for everything we needed to knoww . They gave us directions from the airport and stayed on the phone until we could see the hotel, now that is hospitality.

Convenience to airport & free 24 hour shuttle. Only 1 lift in center of building to service a large complex. Very helpful & friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Easy bus ride to downtown. Return bus ride needs to go via airport but hotel shuttle service will pick you up. IHOPrestaurant ( pancakes) not for everyone.

My best friend and I stayed at this hotel while attending a concert at the River Rock Casino. We chose it based on it's proximity to the casino. The hotel is in a strange location at the end of an abandoned road, right next to the freeway -- but it was within a few miles of the casino. The check-in process was smoothly. This hotel has outdoor room entrances (more like a 'motel'). Small room with 2 queen beds, a TV, tiny bathroom with sink outside in the room. The shower never got hot. The worst part of the room was the noise level outside. As long as the TV was on in drowned out the noise. It was a restless night.

My trip was short and business so I didn't have a lot of time to relax, I found the staff at the front desk both friendly and capable. Also found that all staff were very friendly, I never pasted one who didn't have at least a smile and a nod, most would speak a greeting. This Inn filled my needs on this trip just fine.

Be sure if you stay here you get a room at the back of the hotel, so the shuttle driver told me upon my departure. I could have used that information when I checked in. But if you don't know to ask, they give you a room at the front, with the door to the parking lot, facing the busy highway. It is NOISY. You don't sleep. It's like a scene from a bad movie. I checked in very late at night so was too tired to change rooms and was staying only one night. Check the amenities. The hairdryer practically started on fire and the fan in the room was broken. Also, the restaurant - the only one in the industrial area where this hotel is - is poor to barely passable. It's called IHOP .The coffee is like dishwater. Who cares that the pot is never empty? This is no virtue when the coffee is awwwwwful. Go straight to Starbucks. Will never stay here again. The best I can say is that it is clean and the staff is very nice and professional and there is a lovely garden arrangement in front of the hotel which lulls you into thinking the hotel attends to the right details.

We certainly got our money's worth just taking the free airport shuttle. The hotel staff was knowledgeable regarding public transit. The room was basic and clean. The hot tub room was VERY clean. We walked down the street to other eating places rather than the IHOP next door. . I am sure if you were unable to walk the 1/4 mile, the shuttle would drop you off at these facilities. This was not a 5-star hotel, but just as much if not MORE confort-able. Being close to the airport we thought it might be noisy, but it was very quiet. Another think we really liked as plenty of towels.

For the money, this hotel is convenient and the shuttle is reliable. This place is clean and has a hot tub and IHOP. The neighborhood isn't dangerous.

The complimentary airport shuttle, airline check-in in the lobby, and clean spacious room. Room lighting was dim and poorly distributed. The coffee-maker was mounted too low and poorly lit. I enjoyed a short but comfortable stay at the Accent Inn (1 night). The staff was courteous, helpful and informative. The room was large and well-appointed, and the bathroom was very clean. The proximity of the airport is convenient, as is the free airport shuttle. The location means that there's the sound of planes landing all night, but the air-conditioning/heater provides pretty good white noise. No in-house dining, and a fitness center with limited opening hours (you have to go through the front desk), but since I was leaving early I didn't have a chance to be inconvenienced by either of these drawbacks. I would definitely stay here again.

Room very spacious, clean and modern; convenient and free airport shuttle. No continental breakfast; three stories with no elevator. Hotel was close to an I-hop, which made breakfast easy. Generally in this price range, though, a continental breakfast is included. We didn't need an elevator, but it was only because we had a quick overnight stay and we are physically fit. It would have been difficult to reach the third floor with actual luggage. The room was spacious, very clean, modern and comfortable. The free airport shuttle was a huge bonus - it leaves every half hour 24 hours a day.

Helpful staff and location near sky train. Could have used at least one more computer in lobby for guest use. We found the accent inn met or exceeded all our expectations given its price range. The staff even changed our room after a few nights when they realized we would be housed near some young and possibly noisy soccer players the next two nights. We liked the proximity to sky train, which made travel into the city quite easy.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. It is close to the airport they have a shuttle service which we did not use as we had a car. We had a room at the back of building it was very quite. There is a Ihop restaurant close by. I have stayed here many times and would recommend it.

The lobby, landscaping and outside areas looked very nice. Lifecycle gym machine didn't work or I couldn't get it to work. I thought it was a 2 star at least. It looked very nice, not dumpy at all. Down a side road which was a little inconvenient, but no big deal.
