A luxury apartment set in Aberystwyth Marina, on the water's edge. Sit on the large patio and watch the yachts and the fishermen sailing on the morning tide. There is a local pub and a popular wine barbistro just a few minute's walk away. We are centrally located within easy access of a number of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes.Accommodation compromise of a spacious, ground floor, fully equipped apartment with a delightful patio area. Overlooking the marina, with barbeque area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 large and comfortable bedrooms, luxury shower room and an array of facilities and amenities including LCD TV, DVD player, and parking.
Transportation:
From Midlands Coming off the A44 to Aberystwyth at Llanbadarn, at roundabout take 1st exit, 25 meters to next roundabout take 1st exit to Southgate Cardigan A4120 after 300 meters cross railway crossing continue 300 meters to roundabout take first exit, proceed half a mile to roundabout take 2nd exit to Aberystwyth, continue one mile until FIRE STATION on left see Marina y Lanfa entrance - call phone number provided on booking information - 01970 624339 or 07703002610.

Excellent location and facilitiesThis is a lovely apartment in a great location with a patio overlooking the marina. The owners were there on arrival and were as accommodating as possible with regard to a late check out. There's nothing much to say, as it was a great apartment and I'd be delighted to stay here again.

A 3 bedroom ground floor flat in a modern block overlooking the harbour. The flat is quiet, well equipped, clean and has good safe parking. The terrace gets the afternoon/evening sun. Within walking distance of everything in Aber including the three beaches.

Ideally situated for the town, overlooking the marina. Very quiet and clean. Spacious accommodation. We had our son and 5 uni friends back for a meal. (no veg peeler though!)Would happily come back. Tea and coffee provided - even a pint of milk in the fridge. (and if you followed us, shampoo and conditioner in the shower!)Just a couple of tips - we booked a 1 bed appt. and were confused that it said it had 3 bedrooms. It does, but you only pay for those you use.Info from Late Rooms should have told us to ring the owner 1/2 hr before arrival and that payment is by cash or cheque, not card. Neither was a problem, but could have been.

Great place, lovely viewExcellent view over the marina, furnished very well, comfortable with all facilities you need (microwave/fridge/freezer/cooker/washing machine/kettle/toaster etc). I didn't notice that the owner doesn't take credit cards so be aware. He was very helpful though and I got a cheque sent out to him from work. Town centre about 15 minutes walk. Totaly enjoyed my stay, may come back in summer for personal instead of business.

Beautiful apartment and locationThe apartment is beautiful - clean, nicely furnished, and with a lovely view out onto the marina. It's very close to the train station, and on the circular bus route to the university (important to me - I was working there). The owners were lovely and even offered to collect me from the station! A couple of thngs you need to be aware of: 1. No internet connection 2. You need to pay cash or cheque. Both these things are wrong / missing on the Laterooms listing. But it was a lovely place to stay and I'd definitely go back.

Great location---short walk over the bridge into the town centre. Brian, the proprietor, met us and showed us around the apt. Extremely cordial and helpful. Apt. is beautifully decorated and has so many amenities. A lot of thought went into furnishing and equipping the place. Loved looking out at the boats in the marina. We did not want to leave. Would absolutely book this apt. if we came back to Aberystwyth.

The accommodation was brilliant and the person dealing with the appartment charming and very helpful .However I was unable to contact her upon arrival and could not find any where to book in and find out which appartment was mine neither had you given instruction as to how to book in since there is no reception.The phone number you gave was incorrect and it was only by luck that a fire fighter in the adjacent fire station knew where abouts the owner lived.This was extremely annoying and if it wasnt for a stroke of luck I would not have been able to find her.As you can imagine after about one hour looking I am not best pleased,which is a shame since in the past I have used Late rooms several times and was always satisfied.If used for families with young children there are some serious health and safety concerns

The apartment is within easy walking distance to the centre of Aberystwyth yet in a quiet position with a lovely outlook. It is clean, comfortable and has lovely decour.

The apartment was fantastic. The views over the marina are breathtaking. Myself and the other members of my party enjoyed the apartment and the views it came with. We would definately stay again.

Excellent value for money and an ideal location, just a shame it was January & raining so we didn't get to use the patio area etc.

The apartment was very clean and modern, great value for money and had a beautiful setting looking over the marina. It was also a short walk from town but in a nice quiet location. Would go back in a heart beat!
