Excellent hotel with top quality convention type facilities and professional service. Lovely swimming pool to see out the Granada heat. Convenient to bus to town and Alhambra.

I booked this hotel because it was a good price for a 4 star hotel in a semi-major city. I only stayed for one night, as it was really just a stop over on my trip back to Lisbon. I was really impressed with the hotel: nice and clean, very spacious rooms (though i was hoping for a better view (as part of the description talks about the fantastic views from the hotel, but i think since I had the "internet special" they had a special highway view for me...lol...the staff were a bit more friendly than typical Spanish, which was nice. There are only two things I would say are problems with the hotel: Location and parking. I had a car, so it was no issue for me to get to the hotel, but once I asked them for a city map, the clerk showed me the hotel location was off the map...he showed the street and said "we are just a little bit past here." The hotel is definitely located outside of the city center. If you want to get into the city, you'll either need to take a taxi or use your car (not that I recommend driving in Granada, it's a nightmare). I talked to a taxi driver, and he said this was the best hotel in the city...brand new and nice, but really, just out of the way. My friend wanted to go to the Alhambra, which she drove the car too...she said from the hotel it was only 10 minutes driving...not bad, but only if you have a car. I would say if you don't have a car, and you stay here, be prepared to take a taxi to get you from the hotel and back. The other problem was parking. The hotel has parking, and it's nice. Underground in a private garage with direct access to the hotel elevator. However it is not free! I couldn't believe it! For one night I payed 10 Euros and a little change. I thought that was incredibly cheap of them for a 4 star hotel. It should be free. I thought maybe it was just because of buying from the internet, but apparently it is not. If I had paid the non-internet price for this hotel, and then was told i needed to pay for parking, heads would be rol

Great hotel, a little out of the city and the staff on reception were not too helpful regarding the walking route in, buses are great, straight into the city, Close to the hotel is an Italian restaurant called Il Gondiliere, which was excellent.

Only minor point was that the receptionist we had on Sunday only spoke Spanish. There is a supermarket next to the hotel which is handy. You can park your car safely during the opening hours in the shade. A very good ice cream shop is just around the corner on the way to the center.

Room ServiceHotel is in perfect area, just catch the number 4 bus. However, the room service and pool service lacks quality - they charge you 3eu just to bring some ice to your room!

Very modern and comfortable hotel.

More classy than friendlyNice pool area for hot days, an extra bus ride out of town but great facilities. We would rather a comfortable hotel as this was a bit too business minded for us.

Modern, comfortable clean hotel with extensive breakfast buffet. Location is far from city center, but busses run frequently. There is no need to park your rental car in the hotel garage at €10 per day because there are sufficient parking spaces in the neighbourhood. Also the sauna is not for free. You will be charged €20 per per person per visit and that is pricy for this sauna facility.

ReviewVery modern, very clean hotel. Only minor issue with bathroom shower screen/curtain showing signs of mould in places but otherwise state of the art hotel at an unbelievable room rate.A bit more out of the way than described by other reviewers - took 30 minutes to walk to town.

The hotel is a bit far from the city service - you will need to take a taxi or bus. However, in view of the price paid for the quality of room and service, it was well worth the stay. Also, the spa is a real treat.

I would give this hotel 100% in marks and it is so well situated to very good places of interest.It is a wonderful hotel and I will dsefinately recomend it to my friends and we as a party of four who went to it will definately go again.

Three days in a great city ( Granada ) This was super value for money. Hotel was perfectly positioned for visiting the Alahmabra palace and the Sierra Nevada ( just off the main highway linking the two areas. It was also close enought to the City Centre to be ale to catch a bus ( no 4) or drive in. We drove in and the parking is very easy.;

Unfortunately the restaurant menu was not fully available and only a buffet dinner was on offer even though what appeared to be an excellent menu was displayed outside. The maitre d' was unable to tell us if this would be for one night or for the duration of our stay. The hotel is not close to any other reasonable restaurants which meant a trip into the city centre for our evening meal.

Very nice modern four star hotel, with Spa & Swimming pool which unfortunately I didn't find time to use. Hotel was modern, clean and tidy. There was a pianist playing in the bar area in the evenings which provided a nice touch. Efficient friendly service. Close to Science Park.15 mins by bus to the centre. or 5 mins by taxi at a cost of about 7 euros.

Worthy of its 4* rating this hotel is modern and stylish. Drinks in the hotel are reasonably priced and a taxi to the Alhambra less than ten euros.

Excellent accommodationThe hotel was spacious, clean, very friendly staff. The room was very nice, although we looked inwards, but not a problem.We caught the bus into the centre of Granada - would have been too far to walk - but we didn't find it a problem at all, in fact we enjoyed the experience.Overall, a very happy, pleasant stay. We would recommend it.

Modern stay close to AlhambraThe hotel Abades Nevada Palace is a very modern designed hotel with all comfort can you desire. Ease connections to centre of Granada, the Alhambra or the Science expo. Absolutely a place to recommend.

Not too far outStylish hotel but suspect the laterooms syndrome meant being given a mediocre room. Reception staff superb - offering helpful advice. On a Bus route to centre of Granada and right next door to a Lidl for food and drink.

No we don't need to do that bitNice breakfasts, good location for staying outside the city and short journey into town. New modern looking hotel with good staff. Just a shame the shower wasn't the best but my parents really liked it.
