For the money I found the rooms small & not very clean, no room to move in the room, I found it old fashion style & little parking for your car, well located in city. I would not go back there as for the same money there is far better accommodation in perth.

The hotel is very centrally located. The bar/restaurant downstairs seems to be very popular with the young people. All rooms are now non-smoking rooms. Overall, this is good value.

The hotel is superbly positioned to the CBD being only one-block from the central shopping area of Perth. While very small, the rooms are clean and comfortable and fine for a stay of a few days if you get out and about. TV, alarm, air-conditioning and tea and coffee facilities are provided but no biscuits. The restaurant decor is spartan but the food is excellent, plentiful and reasonably priced. The wine list is varied and reasonably priced. The continental breakfast is limited but adequate -- especially the serves of fruit. Staff are friendly and helpful

Some of the rooms do not have desks. To obtain a desk you will need to upgrade, add about $60 to the rate. The room although non smoking, stunk of cigarette smoke. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it suits a market, but is old and in need of renovation. For the same price you can do better in this area. I wouldnt stay there again.

We stayed 4 nights, but no one tidied the room at all during our stay. One of the days, the towels were changed and rubbish cleared but no cleaning! On the 3rd night, i was bitten by BED BUGS! My room no was 614. When we complained to reception, we were asked to pack up our bags and bring them down and had to wait for 2 HOURS before they gave us another room No 201. They insisted that I do not wait in my existing room and the receptionist was totally unapologetic and unfriendly. So i paid for my room in HOTELCLUB and had to spend my afternoon on the streets. IRIDICULOUS!!

Not my favorite hotel. While the location was good for the CBD, the hotel was not very accomodating. The plugs in the bathroom did not work, and nothing was done despite my request. The hotel backs up to an alley, and is noisy starting around 6am with deliveries and late at night with street cleaners.

Refrigerator not operating. TV operating on Ch10 only plus house shows.

Sigh, not impressed with this hotel, unfortunately! The room was cleaned but it appeared to be rushed, it was noisy and the staff were not all that helpful. Breakfast was cold - I think the rule of thumb in Perth is; you get what you pay for...

Excellent location. Good value for money. Staff were more than friendly. 32" flat screen TV in the room (only 3 channels). Asked for non-smoking room and it was, but previously wasn't and I could get the smell of smoke from the curtains every time I walked into the room. Room was small with the double bed. Overall was happy with the hotel. Would stay again and recommend if you want some place central and not spending all your time in the room.

The standard hotel rooms are very small & quite dirty. There is no ramp/lift access from the street to reception (I had to leave my case in the street while I dragged my babies pram up a few steep steps). Staff were friendly & helpful (except for not helping me up the steps)!

This hotel is very well located (city central) with an excellent and lively bar / restaurant. Room rates are inexpensive and thus the hotel is very popular; but don't expect much from its very small rooms with limited amenities.

Genrally, the room was very cramped and did not represent value for money

No Parking on site and expensive
