The Aarons All Suites Hotel in Perth is found nearby all of Perth’s exciting attractions such as the Swan River, the Rottnest Island and the Swan Valley wine region. The accommodation is also just a short drive away from the Hay and Murray Street Malls and Western Australian Cricket Association.
Aarons All Suites Perth can be found on the edge of Perth’s CBD. All of the city’s notable shopping centers and restaurants are a walking distance away from the hotel and the Swan River.
The hotel does not allow smoking. Each room is extra spacious, as the hotel is designed in an affordable apartment-style. Rooms offer cooking facilities and laundering as well as a full kitchen, Foxtel TV channels, individually controlled heat and air and bar fridges.
In amenities, the Aarons All Suites Hotel Perth offers plenty. There are accommodations for business executives, tourists and even pets. The website leads you to believe this is a 4.5 star hotel, with a lovely italian restaurant & bar. On check in there was an empty, dirty shell of where a restaurant once was. The room itself had stains on the carpet and bedding, and chips & marks on the walls. The general decor & cleanliness of the building was poor. There is a nightclub under the apartments which plays loud music - which can be heard from some rooms. The lift doesnt always work.

the welcome after a long drive left a lot to be desired. the receptionist told us to park in the street, offered no help with luggage, and didn't explain anything regarding hello how are you - just rucely asked where the voucher was that should have been attached to my receipt. After a long days travel a nice smile and hello would have been good. she then was super helpful when the tv didn.t work. on checkout, a different persons room account was presented to us to pay, with no apology and all a bit shabby in regards to courtesy. However the apartments themselves despite being old decor, had excellent facilities and we were spoiled to a fireworks display from the balcony at 11p.m. over the way which took our breaths away. twas very comfie bed, and slept well. Just welcome and depart left alot to be desired in the way of service. thanks though, may go there again.

Overall good value for a two bedroom unit, albeit it is a litle tired and dated. Easy walking distance to City centre.

The more expensive apartments have the cheaper studio apartments air conditioner units located on the balcony which means that when they are switched on to heat/cool you will get all of their noise right next to your bedroom, also huge a/c unit on building opposite runs all night.

The room was clean and tidy and had good cooking facilities. There was however no place to park my car but the location of the hotel was superb for walking to the city and going to restuarants, movies and siteseeing.

Very good accommodation - washing machine etc. Walking distance to mall. Close to tour transport and free cat buses. Would recommend this.

This Hotel does not deserve a 4 star rating. Service and facilities are shabby. It should be priced accordingly.

Staff were not very friendly or helpfull. Fire alarm went off three times in one morning resulting in us having to evacuate the building each time a false alarm.

Generally the hotel location was quite ideal in so far as distance to Hay Steet Mall was concerned. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was not an issue. The only limitation was the availability of hotel's own car parking facilities. The hotel does not have its own car parking facility and therefore patrons to the hotel had to find their own public car parking lots and between 0800-1730hrs, except weekends and public hols, the parking charges are A$2.60 per hour. Otherwise my stay at Aarons was quite pleasant.

I was very surprise to find that it has been rated 3* + because the bed was in such bad condition as well as the whole room, very surprised and hard too believe that any busines will let it out. I will very much hesitate to book any hotels with you in the future. Kind regards.

A short walk out of the city but disproportionately cheaper as its only a 5-10 min walk. Staff very friendly and rooms clean but spa and 1 of the 2 lifts broken when we were there.

Hotel does not provide car parking and this is a distinct disadvantage. Otherwise great hotel with excellent Thai restaurant.

2 bedroom apartments was very stuffy. Extremely noisy and hallway littered wth cigarette butts and half eaten food. Air conditioner not effective and dining are WAY too small. Not suitable for stays more thank 1 night.

Good location just on side of city... easy to walk into city. Friendly reception staff.
