We had a nice weekend. It was uber hot, they had AC and 2 pools and were ok with our dog. Satisfied my needs.

Everything we read on [other website] about the beds and location of 7 Springs Inn & Suites Palm Springs was accurate. The beds were so comfortable and we were able to walk to great restaurants and shops. The equipment in the rooms was of a high standard, we had a great stay.

Spent three nights here, and was pleasantly surprised. When we pulled up, I had my doubts, but from the moment we checked in, I was hooked. We had a deluxe room with our own kitchen that was well equipped. Our King size bed was luxurious as well. I could've slept the day away if there wasn't so much to do! The rooms were very clean, and the service staff was friendly. We ordered the "Romance Package" and it was sent up before we checked in - chocolates, champagne, and gorgeous roses that lasted over 2 weeks! Parking near the hotel is limited, but if you park early, your close enough to downtown Palm Springs that you can walk to dinner or stroll up and down the main strip without too much effort. There are two pools and jacuzzi. Since we were there in late December, only a few people visited the heated pool, and the other was closed for the season, but it did look inviting after days spent hiking and off-roading in the area. I will happily return.

I LOVE THIS PLACE and I actually hate to give it a rave review for fear that it will not be available the next last minute trip I book. I have stayed here 4 times already. Once I found this place all the others went out the window. You cannot beat the price. We are within a short distance from everything that interests us. Get the room with the kitchen and stock up!!! I won't stay anywhere else in PS.

The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, just north of downtown Palm Springs. I just wish the staff had made an effort to be friendly. They were not unfriendly, they just didn't bother with simple pleasantries like saying hello at check-in time or asking if everything was okay at check-out time. Also, it never occurred to me that being "pet friendly" could be a problem. There was a barking dog in the room next to ours. It barked anytime the owners were out of the room. That allowed for only a 6 hour window of sleep time since the owners came in at midnight and left at 6am. If you can't sleep with a barking dog in the next room, this may not be the hotel for you. If the hotel is full, they will not be able to move you to a different room.

The staff was excellent - very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The first rooms they showed us were a bit noisy, but they immediately moved us into superior rooms. Definitely staying here on our next trip to Palm Springs.

I am not a pet person, so, I didn't lik eit when I was eating in my room and a fela appeared. When I turned on the a/c, I could smell pet dander---not good for Palm SPrings in the summer to avoid using the a/c. Why would they allow pets in this nice hotel. It appeared very clean, but I had a hard time stomaching the fact that Lassie was once a guest in my room. Also, the plumbing in the bathroom sink smelled. Otherwise, this is a beautiful place---if you like pets and don't mind the smell of pets!

This is my third time at 7 springs and I love it everytime!! The staff is super friendly and couteous, the facility is very relaxing and quiet. It is close to everthing in Palm springs without being right on the main strip!!

Had stayed here once before and enjoyed a beautiful room service style continental breakfast- now that has been discontinued, so no breakfast at all, even in the lobby. Pool was cloudy, dirty and overheated, and the grass was crawling with fire ants. Tiolet backed up twice, second time we were told that it would be fixed ""sometime that day"". Desk clerk offered no apology when we checked out to go to another hotel.

We stayed at this hotel one night in a double room, which we found to be really spacious. Even though the hotel has a pool and we were not far from it, the room is really well sound proofed that no noise came in while we took a little afternoon nap. The only inconvenient I should mention is the fact that in order to order this room which is on the second level one has to go up a spiral stair next to which palm trees and other bushes go through- the stair is pleasant to the eye but for the older people it is a drag,especially in the dark.

The large pool was closed for repair on Aug 22, which was a real spoler for the trip! Ther smaller pool was too warm! The room was fine except the front door was too small & the panels in the fridge kept falling off. The fridge was too small as well.

I am always looking for a good deal and I sure found it here. The rooms were really cheap but clean and stylish. They also had free wireless internet, I really hate it when hotels charge for that! The parking lots were a little small but it isnt a big property... They are pretty close to downtown, a short drive or a long walk away. They are also close to the hospital and that is why I was staying there. Will bring our pets again next time.

It was our first family trip since our new born, she is now eleven months old, so we wanted to find a nice hotel were we could relax most of the time in the pool. My Daughter loves being in the pool! Luckily they had two beautiful ones, the staff was very friendly and courteous. The rooms where vey clean, we had a nice sofa that folded out into a bed, the closet space was huge and the restroom was beautiful. Overall it was a great experience for us, I strongly recommend you stay here if you're looking to relax, I would deffinately stay here in the future.

I will always stay here when I come to Palm Springs. The property is fantastick, the staff is wonderful, and the beds are to die for! I also love the pool areas and the two jacuzzis... Cant wait to come back.

Cant believe that we found such a deal and had such a great time. Very nice and clean rooms and close to downtown. There was an art festival just a few blocks away...

I stayed for 3 nights and the staff was considerate and helpful, the room was one of the nicest I have stayed in, especially for the price I paid. I highly recommend this hotel and want to stay there the next time I am in Palm Springs.
