We stayed here because we had to attend a funeral in Phoenix. The hotel is right next to the 101 so you can get around town efficiently. The worst part was the walls. They seem very thin because every morning we were woken by neighbors or maids. We could hear when they dropped something or if they were in the bathroom even. It was annoying. The room was great. Super comfy beds and feather comforters. The coffee in the room was terrible though and they hardly give Any sugar. The room has a fridge and a microwave so everything you need to make a fast meal. We loved the bathroom because it is all granite and very chic. All in all I would like to stay Here again but I will bring ear plugs next time

Great place to stay and relax. Only thing is that you can hear your neighbor next door either having a good time or in a heated discussion.Having a room pool side was great Would definitely stay again.

The orbitz deal was good. The hotel was clean. I wouldnt say spotless. The pool and jacuzi were great. The room was pratty nice. The bed was better than most at other places I have stayed. The main problems were You had to walk to the front office and sign out pool towels, that was kind of a pain, we were way on the other side of the building and it was 110 degrees. It was diffacult to adjust the showers water temp, finaly found were the hot water was on the second day. Bathroom was not well lite.

I have stayed here twice now on two different occasions. This place is so nice. It's clean, safe, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are upscale and very stylish with fun funky colors of orange and brown. I can't say enough. I look forward to my next stay in Phoenix so I can stay at the 3 Palms. The king jacuzzi room is a real treat for sure!

I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the Phoenix area. This hotel far beats any of the bigger chains. You get better rooms (nicely decorated, very modern) and don't have to deal with the big location. I love the "extra" amenities you get without paying the extra price - wifi, a computer (with free printing!) in the guestroom, water, coffee. There's even a microwave in the room. I didn't visit the pool so I don't know what it's like. There's a nice little park across the street. Easy to get to (though I used my GPS system). Overall, very satisfied with my room and stay.

It was very peaceful sitting out by the pool reading and listening to the waterfall in the background. The whirlpool rooms are totaly worth it and very relaxing.

I only stayed one night....wanted to just have a day to myself and enjoy the sun, relax by the pool and read a book. Well, the pool area is gorgeous! Plenty of chairs, a nice top deck if I wanted to really be alone. The water was a perfect temp and the jacuzzi was huge!! There was a great fitness room...just off the pool. The pool and workout room were both open early and they stayed open until late. The staff at the hotel were very nice. I even had got a late check out for just a little bit more. they allowed me to check out just before 3p (instead of 11a) for only $25 more. The room was decorated in the colors of the 60's....wouldn't be my first choice...but it was super clean, beds comfortable, pillows fluffy, and towels soft! There was a microwave, in additioin to the large tv. The one thing I will do when I stay again ( and I will) is to request a downstairs room. There are no elevators and lugging luggage upstairs was a pain. I felt safe and since I tend to travel alone, this is important to me. Also, the location of this hotel is nice...close to shopping and within walking of many things. There is also a nice park next to the hotel with a great bike path and trails to walk! Very nice!!

We needed a short getaway and this place suited our needs perfectly. Staff was friendly, cool location, nice pool which we certainly took advantage of and basically it was the right place at the right time. They could however, use a good spraying for bugs.... found one huge cricket and some other sort of multi legged beast crawling in the bathroom but he probably wanted to escape the heat too! The rooms were clean and the people were great. The Avalon restaurant was amazing as well. We will be back again!

tucked away on the edge of Scottsdale--the hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Not exactly a resort, although you can book health and beauty services; it has an extremely pleasant staff. the rooms are clean and comfortable with upgraded linens. Exercise room is small, but everything was new and in working order (weights and treadmills). Pool was nice. great stay!

It is a nice, clean hotel. The rooms are a little small, but has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The pool was small, but clean and refreshing. The fitness center has 2 treadmills and a bike. It has plenty of free weights as well. Over all, great facility for the price.

Room was very clean. They upgraded us to a suite so we had LOTS of room. A single queen would be small, a double queen better. Pool and spa area very clean and well kept. This is not a resort, but is a nice hotel. Very unique! Biggest problem was our internet in our room would not work. Business center was more like a community room with a large screen tv and two computers. My husband and I highly recommend this if you're just looking for a nice, clean place that is reasonable and without extravagance. Blankets and pillows were as good as home!

We had a great stay. The room was very comfortable and the decor was great. The location of the hotel was perfect. Right in scottsdale, but just a short drive north and south. All the main highways are very close. The hotel restaurant "AVALON" was wonderful. Our best meal while visiting.

Very upscale granite counters and amenities galore, room size a little small but had a disposal, refrig, microwave, stove. Pool area is just as pictured, pretty and clean Cable--A liitle short on selection--No Speed channel. We were there for Barrett Jackson Auction so that left a little to be desired. Very helpful staff.

The Hotel "looks" like a really nice Hotel for the money. It's in Scottsdale (outskirts) and looks very modern. We arrived at 11am and were able to check in early. That was nice. However, we were unaware that their were "permanent residents"; living at the hotel and we were put next to them who proceeded to scream, yell, fight, scream profanity at one another in the middle of the day! We were very disgusted! We came back from a long day to find that we were unable to use the pool due to the fact that someone had thrown someones belongings in the pool which were floating all over in the pool! This includes shoes, toilettries, hairdryer, underwear, hairdryer etc. Which I went to the front desk to inform them and they sent someone to fish out the personnal belongings. But, not before looking at us asking us "what happened"? We were flabbergasted because we had just arrived back at the hotel and informed them as they would never have known unless we told them. The room was quite small; the room was clean; and the bed very comfortable. The cable sucked!!! We were only able to get about 10 channels and half of those were ESPN which doesn't interest us. I would not stay here again! Also, not an appropriate place for children at all.

The service was EXCELLENT and they were very accommodating. They have the Cleanest rooms and the most comfortable beds I have slept in. We just enjoy our weekend getaways. Swimming in the pool and lounging in the rooms watching movie. We had a great time this weekend.

Nice place. Very quite and comfortable bed. Liked the fridge and microwave and pool! Not a resort, not even close. This is a motel with upgrades, but will stay again if the price is right. I wouldn't pay more than $** a night.

This was a jem of a motel that has been renovated to an understated trendy style. The rooms were quiet and comfortable with all the amenities. Having the park next door was a bonus for relaxing after working all day. The motel was easy to find and located 10 mins from downtown Scottsdale. The on site restaurant; Avalon was lovely, the food was delicious and the service great. All the staff I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Very nice, I would definately stay here again.

I didn't read the full review when I booked the hotel (I used the 4 star rating) and was surprised to find all the amenities in the room. The outside is typical Southwestern stucco but the inside is European chic. This is by far the nicest budget room I've ever stayed in. One thing they don't warn you about is the $20/day pet fee. Pet fees aren't uncommon but this is a bit higher than I've paid in the past and since I prepaid I wasn't expecting that high of a fee. Also, they charge $1 per call even for 800 numbers. The park across the street is great for dog walking. The parking onsite is a bit limited but there is also street parking. All in all its a great value for the money.
