Terrible all those comment and I looked the manager was playing an online game and he was good!

It's a really old motel with thin walls, remote controls that don't work and worn old furniture but the bed was comfortable for one person and the shower water pressure was great. If you can overlook the cosmetics then it's worth the money.

It was bad. It was very bad condition.

the town of silverthorne and dillion are really nice the mint steakhouse out front is excellent the motel is not in the "ghetto" it's just really old and run down probably not the cleanest place you'll ever stay but it's ** bucks a night and you're 6 miles from keystone and 10 miles from copper and the bus stop is right in front of the place, if you have no car. i stayed there 5 nights and had no problem..

probably the worst of them. The room was very small and unattractive. The bathrooms wereold and somewhat dirty. Snow accumulated in the parking lot (was it ever plowed?). If you miss the 9:30 a.m. housekeeping, then they never return. This is one of the very few hotels I will never again pay money to stay at. Try one of the other 4 or 5 "cheap" hotels in the area instead.

The staff was nice at this hotel, but the rooms were something to be desired. The linen was clean, but the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there was a loose floor board under the carpet, water stains on the ceiling, etc.

Room was clean andhotel staff was very friendly.

I am not exagerating when I say this is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. Shame on travel website for rating it 2 stars- it does not even deserve 1 star. There were holes in the floor, a hole in the wall, the bathroom sink and fixtures were rusting and falling apart. The bed mattress was so old with springs sticking out that my back would have been better off sleeping on the floor- except I might have caught a disease from the filthy carpet. This place is not even fit for dogs to stay in- they would be better off left outside. I cannot understand how travel website justifies rating this dump two stars. Also, the manager was rude- totally lacked people skills.

This was my worst experience in a long while. Rooms were bad, everything broken/ Bario type hotel. Even free parking was worthless, if you value your auto. Don't stay here unless you are desperate. We got far less than we paid for at low cost Inn. Saw them charge a guest who had a non-cancelable room and medical emergency and they resold room without a refund.

Great for a few hours sleep after a long hard day on the slopes, or fishing perhaps. Certainly not a place to lounge, relax and enjoy. The lobby smells terrible, like urine actually, and the rooms are extremely small. Bathrooms could be updated. Staff and management appear to helpful and friendly for the most part. I would not reccommend nor would I chose this hotel for future visits.

Extremely friendly staff, pillow-top beds and internet in the lobby. Beds and linens were clean, staff was friendly and good internet access in the lobby.

The manager of this hotel has no customer skills. I had a room reserved with credit card, but when I arrived, he told me he had no more rooms. The interstate had been closed for snow and all the hotels filled up with stranded travellers, so he apparently sold my room to someone else at a higher rate than the rate I had reserved (and guaranteed with credit card).

do not loose your money!!!!this hotel is terrible!!!!dirt!!!!totaly ugly!!!!!there were rolls in the walls and the carpet!!!!in addition.....they charged one more day in my credit card!!!!!!

The Inn at Silverthorn was very dirty, equipment was in poor condition. The tub was filthy and the towels dingy. Brought blankets in from car and slept on top of beds because they were gross.

Location. Most everything else. If you are looking for luxury, this definitely not! The room was plain, the walls cracked, the bathroom door practically disintegrating, the water mostly not hot, wallpaper cracking and peeling, water spots on the ceiling and walls. However, if your main interest is skiing and you simply need a place to crash, this is ok. The linens were clean, the TV worked ok, that's about all I can say. I certainly wouldn't bring my wife; however it was ok for me as my objective was skiing. Great skiing and that's all that matters!

Hotel was close to ski resorts which made it nice. Price was also good. But that was about it. Motel room was clean, but in very bad shape. Just needs a little tender loving care to make it better. But if you are going to be gone all day and just need a place to lay your head. There you go.

Cheep. Pillows paper thin. Room looked like it needed some repair. Hotel was a cheep night stay in and expensive area. A little TLC in this property could have made it a lot better.

The 1st inn in Dillon is a very old out of date - motel centrally located in an absolutely breathtaking area known as lake Dillon. The only staff person met was at the front desk checking in guests. We decided to stay here in order to support a local business rather than one of the chains. The room was dismal and an absolute disappointment - upon entry you could see that the carpet was extensively stained including all of the upholstered furniture. The flimsy curtain covering the sliding glass door, failed to cover a rather extensive amount of glass, allowing a good view into the room. The room included a refrigerator with a good deal of mold growing in it. The TV was very small: but had a great selection of channels. Just a short walk down the street is a large selection of shopping options and just up the street is the local recreation center. Summit County as the locals call it is a great place to get away - the next time we do it won't be at the 1st Inn.

Relatively cheap compared to neighboring hotels. Thin walls.

It was really close to the resorts. Very small and rooms were run down. This was basically a place to stay and sleep. If you want to come out to the area and ski/snowboard and hang out in the town, then this is the place. Don't stay here if you want to spend a lot of time in the room.
