The property was in poor shape. There was no one on duty - a sign said to call the 800 number for late check-in. The 800 number sign said not to call after 9:00 p.m. The online travel agency told us they would contact the hotel and arrange the late check-in. We never heard from them. When I called the online travel agency to get our money back, we got the run around.

Stayed at this hotel overnight because we were visiting nearby Cassadaga. The hotel was very clean and charming, with the Post Office museum downstairs and the period furniture upstairs. The bed was super comfortable - usually when I'm on a road trip, after a five hour drive and a late arrival (1am) I would be exhausted the next morning, but I rested so well in that comfy bed that I felt great in the morning. I'd happily stay there again the next time I'm in town.

This was a very comfortable and cozy place to stay. It felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. The room had high ceilings and stayed cool the entire time, we never used the air conditioner, just the ceiling fan. Our room was located right on the road so it was a little noisy. If we would have used the air conditioner I believe it would have drowned out the noise. The bed was the best part of the stay it was very comfortable with 2 comforters and lots of pillows. We had plenty of towels as well. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. If they put a coffee pot in there it would have made it perfect! I plan on recommending the Heritage Inn to my friends and family.
