This traditional bay fronted corner house has been fully and tastefully renovated to a high standard, and is close to vibrant Cardiff city centre. Gas central heating. Rear patio area. Location: The house is located about a 10 to 15 minutes walk from the millennium stadium and Cardiff city centre. The new Cardiff city football stadium, athletics stadium and shopping facilities are about a 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. Why not exploring the sought-after Cardiff Bay area with the Millennium Centre and National Assembly within 10 minutes drive away. Canton, with its range of shops, bars and restaurants, is only a five minute walk away. Accommodation: On the first floor is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom has a white suite with a shower over the bath. The ground floor is open plan and offers a comfortable seating and dining area (equipped with tv and DVD player), as well as a fully fitted oak kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, fridge, microwave, kettle, potspans cutlery and crockery.
